Shipping Options
For orders below $90, a shipping fee of $5.99 applies via USPS. Orders between $90 and $199.99 qualify for free USPS shipping, with an option for expedited 2 to 3 day shipping at $5.99. Orders exceeding $200 receive complimentary expedited 2 to 3 day shipping.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
We aim to process orders within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 1 to 7 days, depending on the chosen shipping method.
Modifying or Canceling an Order
Due to our rapid processing times, changes to orders cannot be made once they have shipped. If an error is found, promptly contact us at 1-888-fenix50 or email us. We will attempt to address the issue before shipping. If the order has shipped and includes an incorrect address, it will be returned to our warehouse, and reshipped with an additional charge.

International Orders
PureRelief accepts orders from the fifty U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. We provide standard shipping to domestic P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses. While we are expanding our shipping capabilities internationally, please contact us at to see if we can accommodate your request. We ensure protection by verifying billing addresses before shipping.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with a product from PureRelief, contact us for a refund. This satisfaction guarantee applies to first-time buyers within 30 days of delivery. Value packs, subscriptions, and shipping costs are non-refundable. The offer is limited to first-time purchases only.
Customer Returns
Unopened products purchased through fenixrelief.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days, minus a 10% restocking fee, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and the retail value of any incentive products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Returned orders must be complete, with all products unopened and unused. This policy excludes opened or used items, sale items, promotional purchases, display items, and business supplies and starter kits, except where required by law.
Return Procedure
To return a product, contact us at 1-888-fenix50 or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which must be displayed on the return package. Returns should be in the original shipping box and include the original invoice with the RMA Number. Refunds, less return fees, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method once the returned package is received and verified to comply with our policy. No refunds will be issued if the above requirements are not met.
