If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Pure Relief, please contact us for a refund. Pure Relief's guarantee of satisfaction applies exclusively to first-time buyers and must be claimed within 30 days of delivery. Note that subscriptions and shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. This guarantee is only applicable to your initial purchase and excludes additional quantities.
For unopened products purchased through fenixrelief.com, you may return your order within 30 days for a refund. The refund amount will include the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and the retail value of any promotional items received at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Returned orders must be complete, including all unopened and unused products from the original order. This return policy does not cover opened or used products, sale items, promotional purchases, display items, business supplies, starter kits, or items damaged due to abuse or misuse.
A 5% cancellation fee applies to any order that has been processed and subsequently cancelled or refunded before shipping.
To begin the return process, contact us at 1-800-fenix50Â for further instructions. Returns must be sent back in the original manufacturer's shipping box and include the original invoice. Items must meet the Return Policy criteria to be eligible for a refund (less applicable fees).
Refunds will be processed once the returned package is received and verified to meet the Return Policy requirements. Processing of refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10 business days, depending on the policies of the financial institution. Refunds will not be issued unless all specified conditions are met.
