PureRelief LLC ("PureRelief," "we," "us," or "our") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of visitors to our websites, including those of our Independent Contract Representatives and our mobile applications (collectively referred to as "Websites"). This Privacy Policy aims to assure you as you navigate and utilize our Websites and demonstrates our commitment to fair information practices and privacy protection.
This Privacy Policy solely pertains to our Websites and does not apply to any third-party websites that may link to or from our Websites, which may have different data collection, storage, and use practices and policies. For more details, please refer to the section on Third-Party Websites below.
Agreement to Privacy Policy
By using the Website, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately leave the Website.

Children’s Privacy
PureRelief prioritizes the safety of children. Individuals under 18 cannot enroll as PureRelief Independent Contract Representatives or register as customers. Children under 13 cannot purchase products through any of our Websites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently gathered such information, we will promptly delete it from our records. Since we do not collect data from children under 13, we have no such information to disclose to third parties.
Information Collection
PureRelief owns the Websites, including Replicated Websites. We collect information from Representatives, customers, and visitors at various points on the Websites.
Traffic Data
Like most websites, we automatically collect information such as IP addresses, domain servers, types of devices accessing the Website, and types of web browsers accessing the Website (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous and does not personally identify you.
Cookies
A "Cookie" is a string of information that a website stores on a user’s computer, provided by the user's browser each time they submit a query to the website. Cookies identify the user as a unique user of the Website. PureRelief uses Cookies to tailor your experience on the Website to your interests, avoid showing the same messages repeatedly, and store your username for convenience. Personal Information

Personal Information uniquely identifies, contacts, or locates an individual. Credit Card Information
Credit card information collected during registration or for shopping cart orders is used solely to process payments and is generally not retained by us. However, you can choose to securely store your credit card information for future orders. If you register as an Independent Contract Representative or participate in an autoship program, your credit card information will be securely stored for recurring payments. You can add, edit, and delete your stored card information.
Independent Contract Representative and Customer Registration
To become an Independent Contract Representative, applicants must provide Personal Information and may need to supply their taxpayer identification number (Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID Number) for IRS non-employee compensation forms. Certain customers may need to register to purchase products directly from us ("Registered Customers") and provide Personal Information. This information helps us maintain contact and process orders.
Product or Service Purchases
When a customer, Registered Customer, or Independent Contract Representative purchases products or services through our Websites, they must provide Personal Information for billing and order fulfillment.
Public Information
The Website may feature public profiles, forums, and message boards where you can upload, post, transmit, display, perform, or distribute content, including Personal Information. Information disclosed through these features becomes public, and PureRelief cannot control its use. Exercise caution when sharing Personal Information via these features.
Information Use and Disclosure Practices
Traffic Data and Cookies
PureRelief analyzes Traffic Data and Cookies to understand Website usage patterns and trends, which helps us enhance your experience and deliver relevant content. We may occasionally publish aggregated usage trends without linking to Personal Information.
Personal Information
Personal Information collected from customers, Representatives, and Registered Customers through registrations, purchases, and surveys is used and disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy. PureRelief DOES NOT share Personal Information except as specified. We may share aggregated information with partners, vendors, or third parties, but no Personal Information is included.
Disclosure Practices
PureRelief keeps your Personal Information private and does not sell or share it with third parties, except in the following circumstances:
- Service Provision: We disclose Personal Information to those who assist us in providing services, such as hosting, billing, fulfillment, data storage, and security.

- Lead Assignment and Representative Locator Features: We may assign sales leads to Representatives and provide prospective customers or Representatives with contact information. We also offer a Representative Locator feature on our website, sharing necessary contact information to make this feature effective.
- Downline Activity Reports: We provide information to Representatives about their downline teams to help them manage their businesses. This includes contact details and data on sales, purchases, and recruitment activity.
- Surveys: We may conduct surveys and outsource them to third parties, sharing necessary Personal Information for conducting and analyzing surveys.
Communications
Special Offers and Updates
By enrolling as a Representative, registering as a Customer, or making purchases through the Website, you consent to receive periodic communications from us and other Representatives. This includes welcoming emails, product information, special deals, and newsletters.
Service Announcements
We may occasionally send service-related announcements. Representatives generally cannot opt out of these non-promotional communications but can deactivate their account if desired.
Customer Service
PureRelief communicates with Representatives and Registered Customers via email, mail, and phone to provide services and address business-related issues. Communications with other customers are related to their product purchases.
Text Marketing & Notifications
We use the information you consent to share for our SMS marketing service, sending you order updates, marketing offers, and transactional texts, including review requests.
Online Advertising
We display ads on our Website and partner with third parties to manage ads on other sites. These third parties may collect information to provide interest-based ads tailored to your browsing history and preferences. You can opt-out of interest-based advertising through settings on your devices or via industry-developed programs like the Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative.

Miscellaneous
Dispute Resolution
This privacy policy is governed by Delaware laws. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts. Each party bears their own legal fees and costs. Actions for breach of this policy must be brought individually, waiving rights to class actions.
